Due to continued growth and ongoing success, we're excited to be recruiting an Managed Print Sales Specialist to join our Managed Print Services team. If you have a strong background in the Managed Print industry and a passion for delivering tailored, value-added solutions to customers, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an MPS Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across our extensive customer base. You'll work closely with our Technology Management team and Account Managers to deliver high-quality, bespoke print and document solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, commercially aware sales professional with a proven track record in the MPS sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities across the Complete customer base.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to understand their print and document workflow needs.
  • Design and present compelling MPS solutions, guiding customers through to a successful close.
  • Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and tender responses.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Attend customer meetings to promote and sell Managed Print and Document Solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Field Sales within the MPS industry.
  • Knowledge of Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Epson solutions.
  • Understanding of Hybrid Mail, EDM, Uniflow, Papercut, Pull Print, and workflow solutions.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the MPS marketplace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance targets.
  • Good understanding of Excel.
  • A positive, entrepreneurial attitude with a determination to succeed.
  • A collaborative team player who builds relationships quickly.
