About the Role

Due to continued growth and success, Complete is looking to appoint an experienced MPS Sales Specialist to join our Managed Print Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven MPS sales professional to play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored, value-added print and document solutions to customers.

You'll work closely with our Technology Management team and Account Managers to develop new opportunities across the Complete customer base, engaging with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and deliver commercially strong solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new MPS opportunities across the Complete customer base
  • Engage with new and existing customers to assess printing and document management requirements
  • Design, propose, and close bespoke Managed Print and Document solutions
  • Prepare customer quotations, written proposals, and tender responses
  • Build strong customer relationships and rapport at multiple levels
  • Arrange and attend customer meetings to promote MPS and document workflow solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales, technology, and support teams
  • Provide clear commercial direction for projects from sale through to delivery

About You

  • Proven experience in field sales within the Managed Print Services (MPS) sector
  • Experience working with Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Epson devices
  • Strong knowledge of Hybrid Mail, EDM, document workflow solutions, Uniflow, Papercut, and Pull Print
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales and business development
  • Demonstrable sales success with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with solid business acumen
  • Confident using Excel and CRM systems
  • Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed
