About Raven

Raven is here to make a difference, working as a team to build homes and change lives. We’re also ambitious: a sector-leader in carbon reduction, with commercial ventures and a focus on the future. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart from other organisations and helps us create a great experience for our customers and one another.

Our culture statements form the principles for how we work and what we expect of one another whilst working together as One Raven:

  • We Put Customers First in everything we do.
  • We will Always Be Curious about how we can do better.
  • We work together to Make It Happen.

Role Opportunity

Want to be part of our community? We’re currently recruiting for a Managed Schemes Manager to join our Housing Team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

The overall purpose of this role is to act as the single point of contact between property owners and Raven for all managed schemes delivered under management contracts, ensuring clear communication, escalation and oversight of performance against contractual requirements.

The role provides subject matter expertise on contract terms, coordinating internal teams to respond to queries, share contract-related communications (including Osprey BRI schemes), and ensure consistent adherence across all schemes.

It is responsible for monitoring contract performance, producing accurate and timely reporting for property owners, working closely with finance and operational teams, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and compliance issues to drive timely resolution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
