Own what we sell, how it’s packaged, and what it earns.

This is a commercial role, not a technical one. You’ll own the pricing, packaging and margin of our managed IT services. Our engineers make the engineering decisions. Yours are commercial ones.

About Nviron

Nviron is a managed IT services provider working with organisations across the North West from our offices in Preston Brook and Manchester. We’re a Dell Technologies Platinum Partner and a Microsoft Solutions Partner. We look after the technology our clients’ businesses run on, from the service desk through to infrastructure, cyber security and transformation projects.

We’ve grown almost entirely on reputation and referral. Now we’re building the commercial engine to match, turning a well-regarded services business into a repeatable, growing one. This role is central to that.

Why this role exists

Like most MSPs, our services have grown organically, shaped by the people closest to delivery. They’re good services. What they need now is someone who owns the commercial picture end to end: a product set that is defined, tiered, priced, quotable in minutes and measurably profitable.

What you’ll own

  • The service catalogue: what we sell, how it’s tiered, how services fit together, and what gets improved, replaced or retired.
  • Pricing: consistent, defensible per-user and per-device pricing that account managers can quote without technical input.
  • Margin by service: a clear view of what each service costs to deliver and what it earns, used to make deliberate decisions.
  • Productising professional services: turning project work into fixed-price products, starting with client onboarding.
  • Service requirements: you set what a service must do and the price and margin it must hit. Delivery picks the technology to meet it.
  • New services: building the case from market demand, win/loss data and margin modelling, then taking it to the Services Board.
  • Sales enablement: every service you build ships with the pricing tools, quote templates and story the account team needs to sell it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What success looks like

  • 3 months: you know our services, clients and cost-to-serve. Client onboarding is specified as a packaged, priced product. There’s a baseline for margin by service and time-to-quote.
  • 6 months: packaged onboarding is live and selling. A meaningful part of the catalogue is productised and quotable without escalation. Bespoke exceptions are tracked, priced and falling.
  • 12 months: services margin is visible, managed and improving. New services reach the board with a proper commercial case. The catalogue is designed, not accumulated.

Who you’ll work with

  • Sales & Marketing Director: your manager, and chair of the Services Board.
  • Service Delivery: your most important relationship. They hold the operational truth on cost and capability.
  • Account Management: the people who use everything you build. If they can’t quote it easily, it isn’t finished.
  • Head of Marketing: your closest peer. They create the demand; you decide what goes in front of it.
  • Finance: for cost, margin and reporting.

What you’ll bring

  • Commercial product experience in a services business: pricing, packaging, margin ownership or proposition development.
  • Strong analytical and financial judgement. You can build a margin model and defend a price.
  • The ability to write a clear service definition: what’s in, what’s out, what it costs, what it’s worth.
  • Enough technical literacy to challenge engineers credibly, without needing to make the technical call.
  • The confidence to take a recommendation to a board, be challenged, and change your mind only on evidence.
  • Comfort influencing across teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience in managed services, IT services, telecoms, SaaS or another recurring-revenue business.
  • Familiarity with per-user or per-device pricing and contracted service agreements.
  • Experience productising professional services into fixed-price offerings.
  • Experience using a PSA or service management platform, and the data it produces.

We’re open-minded about background. This could suit someone from a product or commercial role in a services or tech business. It could also suit someone from a delivery background who has moved decisively into commercial work and wants to make it the job.

Why join us

  • A blank canvas: the catalogue is yours to design, and the impact shows within months.
  • Real authority: you own pricing and packaging, with a board to approve rather than a committee to negotiate with.
  • Visibility: direct access to commercial leadership and a view across the whole business.
  • A strong base: a business with technical credibility and clients who trust it. The hard part is done.

The package

Strong basic package plus performance-related bonus and benefits. Hybrid working from Preston Brook, Runcorn, with regular time in our Manchester office.
