The Opportunity
The MS Win Center Specialist Senior Manager 4 (Market facing Director) is responsible for leading activities including Go-To-Market activities, including internal education on our TFO Managed Services offering and external market trends, pre-sales, and business development across the firm.
This role involves actively engaging in responding to RFPs, delivering oral presentations to clients, and participating in negotiations. The Director will leverage EY's global capabilities and resources, including alliance partners, technology and digital service providers, and vendors, to provide best-in-class services to address complex business problems and enable clients' digital Tax transformation journeys.

Essential Functions of the Job:
- Lead Go-To-Market activities, including sales, pre-sales, and business development.
- Support Super Region and Account TFO teams to originate, solution and close pursuits through the creation of best-in-class GTM enablement and collateral.
- Actively engage in responding to RFPs, delivering oral presentations to clients, and participating in negotiations.
- Build and develop the solution capability through proactive engagement with EY practice teams, partners, and clients.
- Plan and run workshops for clients' business and technology teams, involving client partners and vendors, on solution design.
- Drive the transition of the TFO solutions from incumbent vendors or as part of Transition and Transformation, addressing clients' business and objectives.
- Interface and communicate with various onsite and/or offshore stakeholders and coordinators regularly to ensure smooth execution of RFPs.
- Analyze client requirements and develop comprehensive solution strategies.
- Make informed decisions on the best approach to address complex business problems and enable client transformation.
- Evaluate and help select appropriate technologies and methodologies for the TFO solution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Assign work, review performance, and ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Extensive TFO client, GTM and solutioning within EY, or another big 4 firm.
- Strong understanding of TFO solution and operating model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in creating and conducting impactful client presentations.
- Proficiency in productivity and diagramming tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of leading Go-To-Market activities and business development.
