This temporary Management Accountant role in Southampton involves supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You'll play a key part in helping the accounting and finance team run smoothly and make informed decisions.

Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Support budget preparation and forecasting activities.
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Provide insights to improve financial performance and efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the team.
