Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing private equity-backed organisation on the Wirral to recruit a Management Accountant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a business during an exciting period of growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll support the delivery of accurate financial reporting and provide key insight to support business decision-making. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting
- Cashflow forecasting and VAT returns
- Board and stakeholder reporting
- Payroll journals and expense reconciliations
- Audit support, budgeting and forecasting activities

About You
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA studier, qualified, or qualified by experience
- Previous management accounting experience
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
