Management Accountant

High-Growth International Business | Product & Operational Finance
Maidenhead | Hybrid Working
£40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Some Management Accountant roles can feel like the same month-end cycle on repeat. This one gives you the opportunity to understand how an international business actually works.

We Do Group are working with a brilliant, high-growth product-led business that is continuing to invest in Finance as the company scales.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll work across Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Services, getting exposure to everything from management accounting and balance sheet control through to stock, inventory, international logistics, and operational data.

They want someone who is naturally curious.

Someone who doesn't just reconcile a number but wants to understand where it came from, why it moved, and what it means for the business.

You’ll be joining a growing Finance team with strong people above you to learn from and genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility as you develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
