Management Accountant

Central London | Hybrid | Up to £65,000

Cedar is working with a successful and growing retail business looking to appoint a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a Management Accountant who enjoys working closely with the wider business and wants genuine exposure to a multi-site retail environment.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the production of accurate and insightful financial information, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and delivering clear financial commentary
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Analysing sales, margins, costs, and profitability across multiple sites
  • Providing commercial insight to operational and senior stakeholders
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring financial accuracy
  • Supporting month-end processes and continuous improvement
  • Identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance
  • Working closely with site and operational teams to understand financial performance

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven multi-site experience is essential
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders
  • A commercially minded approach and a genuine interest in the wider business
