Management Accountant (PQ)
West London | Hybrid
We are working with an internationally recognised, private equity-backed business with a global presence that is looking to hire a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its growing finance team.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a PQ accountant to take ownership of management accounting and reporting responsibilities while gaining broader exposure to Group finance, financial analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support the month-end close
- Prepare financial analysis and provide insight into business performance
- Support weekly cash and accounts payable reconciliations
- Investigate financial queries and work closely with operational and finance stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and standardise financial processes and controls
- Assist with statutory, audit, tax, and regulatory reporting
- Support wider Group reporting and ad hoc finance projects
- Progress towards taking greater ownership of entity-level reporting

About You
- Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- At least 2 years' relevant accounting experience
- Strong management accounting and month-end experience
- Good knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment

The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a PQ Management Accountant looking to develop their technical and commercial accounting experience within a growing, international business. The role offers broad exposure across management accounting, Group reporting, financial analysis, and process improvement, with plenty of scope for progression.
Location: West London
Working pattern: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office
