Our client is a well established Manufacturing organisation who are looking to add a Part Qualified Management Accountant to their team on a permanent basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone studying towards their accountancy qualifications and looking to join a growing Manufacturing business in Burton-on-Trent.
Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Collaborate with different departments to monitor costs and budgets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations.

Profile
A Successful Management Accountant Should Have
- Studying towards a professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Able to commute to our client's office in Burton-on-Trent.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in the Manufacturing industry.
