Management Accountant
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + wider benefits, including study support
Our client is a multinational shipping group looking to hire a Management Accountant into its London finance team.
The role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management information across the Group, working closely with finance and operational stakeholders.

- Prepare monthly management accounts, journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Produce P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare management reporting, KPIs, and commentary for senior stakeholders
- Assist with consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and year-end reporting
- Support audit requirements and ongoing improvements to finance processes

Requirements
- Experience in a management accounting, financial accounting, or similar role
- Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent
- Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
- Shipping, logistics, commodities, or related sector experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop within an international business
