Overview of Role
As a Management Accountant, you will hold primary responsibility for the end-to-end financial management, accounting integrity, and statutory compliance across a designated portfolio of global entities and territories (covering APAC and key group entities). Operating within a multi-entity environment, this role balances month-end financial reporting and profit/loss analysis with robust tax compliance, balance sheet ownership, and project managing entity audits.
What you'll do
- Entity & Territorial Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, P&L analysis/commentary, and balance sheet account reconciliations for our Singaporean, Australian, New Zealand, US and Dutch entities.
- Audit Project Management: Act as the internal lead and primary point of contact, project managing end-to-end statutory audit processes across your designated entities.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Lead finance optimization projects, taking ownership of initiatives to automate workflows and drive continuous process improvements across your financial domains.
- Tax Compliance & Reporting: Prepare, review, and file localized tax submissions, including GST/VAT returns, Corporate Tax returns, and Withholding Tax (WHT) alongside other statutory tax requirements.
- Cost Centre & Financial Management: Take full ownership of specific cost centres across both the P&L and Balance Sheet to maintain cost control and reporting accuracy.
- Ad-Hoc Compliance: Fulfill ad-hoc regulatory, statutory, or internal compliance requests across international jurisdictions.

Key Skills & Experience
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA)
- Self-starter with strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others
- Proven track record of managing and delivering on multiple workstreams.
- Proven track record of being able to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders, across all levels of the business.
- Familiarity with finance process automation, ERP systems, or AI-based tools for reporting and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical & technical skills and ability to challenge and be challenged on a numerical basis to ensure your decisions are well-founded.
