Management Accountant
As a Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation's financial processes. From preparing reports to managing budgets, your work will help keep the company's finances on track.

This company is located in south Oxfordshire.
Description
The Management Accountant's responsibilities include:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage and control costs.
- Oversee cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.

Profile
A Successful Management Accountant Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification or working towards one.
- Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Job Offer

- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
