Are you an ambitious Management Accountant with experience in an accountancy practice looking to take the next step in your career?
We're working with an accountancy group that's continuing to grow across Central and Southern England.
Due to continued expansion, they're looking for a Management Accountant to join their successful Outsourcing team in Basingstoke.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, gain exposure to a wide range of industries, and continue your professional development within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted day-to-day contact while delivering high-quality management accounting and outsourced finance services.

Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their businesses.
- Preparing management accounts and management information for a varied client portfolio.
- Processing financial transactions, journals, reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
- Preparing basic statutory accounts with an understanding of Companies Act disclosure requirements.
- Training and supporting clients on accounting software where required.
- Working closely with tax, payroll, and other specialist teams to provide an excellent client service.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client processes.

About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualification (or are fully qualified).
- Some experience working in an Outsourcing team within a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong management accounting experience and knowledge of UK GAAP.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive, organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or CCH.
