We are working with an established and growing client who are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing business who are undergoing positive change. It offers broad exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, and commercial analysis within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and supporting reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance commentary.
- Investigate variances against budget, forecast, and prior year, working closely with operational stakeholders.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
- Assist with payroll accounting, inter-company reconciliations, and technical accounting where required.
- Contribute to finance process improvements, systems projects, and ad hoc analysis.

About You

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Previous experience producing management accounts in a stock-based business is a must.
- Excellent Excel skills.
