Management Accountant
High Wycombe | £45,000 – £55,000 + Private Healthcare & Pension
Permanent | Full-time | Office-based
We’re recruiting for a Management Accountant to join an established organisation at their Head Office in Beaconsfield. This is a broad management accounting opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong hands-on finance experience. Previous CIS reporting experience and experience using COINS ERP are essential for this position.
The Role
Working as part of the Head Office finance team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- CIS reporting and associated processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Supporting year-end and audit requirements
- Working extensively with the COINS ERP system
- Supporting improvements to financial processes and reporting

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous management accounts experience
- Has strong CIS reporting experience
- Has previous experience using COINS ERP
- Has strong Excel and analytical skills
- Is commercially minded, organised and comfortable working to deadlines
- Lives within a reasonable commute of Beaconsfield

Previous experience within housebuilding is not essential, provided you have the required CIS and COINS experience.
Package
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
- Benefits: Private healthcare and pension
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Location: Beaconsfield
- Working pattern: 5 days per week in the office – no hybrid working
