Management Accountant

Location: West Oxfordshire

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits + Hybrid working

About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Accountant to join a central Group Finance function during a period of significant growth and integration. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial control, supporting multiple finance teams, and ensuring robust statutory and regulatory compliance across a complex group structure.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, coordinating audit timelines and responses
  • Overseeing the preparation and delivery of Management Accounts across a large portfolio of entities
  • Supporting finance teams to enhance financial controls and embed best practice
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory reporting obligations are met accurately and on time
  • Providing technical accounting guidance on reporting standards and complex accounting matters

About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly under FRS 102. You will have experience producing statutory accounts, working with auditors, and operating in a multi-entity environment. Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
