College location: East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon)
Salary: £45,566
Hours: Full time - 37 hours (8:45 – 17:00 Mon-Fri)
Are you a qualified finance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Accountant who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful insights and building strong relationships across the organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Finance & MIS, curriculum leaders and managers, you will provide expert financial advice, robust management information, and commercial insight to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
As Management Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budget holders, and ensuring effective financial planning and control. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to provide meaningful financial analysis and contribute to the development of efficient financial processes and systems.

The successful candidate must:
- Be a Qualified Accountant (CCAB/CIMA), or completed AAT Level 4
- Experienced Manager/Supervisor of Transactional Finance Staff
- Experience using high level spreadsheets and pivot tables
- Experience of Agresso (Unit 4) or similar system is desirable
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
