Morgan McKinley is partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, acquisitive group looking to expand their finance team with a Management Accountant who wants real variety, visibility with senior leadership, and a role where their input shapes the business.
As Management Accountant, you'll join a large team, taking ownership of specific business areas and becoming the go-to link between Finance and Operations. You'll:

- Prepare management accounts and own the integrity of the General Ledger
- Lead month-end processing, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journals
- Analyse performance against budget/forecast and explain variances directly to managers
- Support audit, budgeting, forecasting, and group-wide finance projects
- Build MI/BI reporting for senior leadership
