Management Accountant (Data & Reporting)
Moorgate, London | Hybrid (3 days office)
We're recruiting for a growing multi-entity group operating across staffing and healthcare services, with approximately 25 companies across the UK and internationally. This is an opportunity for a Management Accountant who enjoys both month-end accounting and driving reporting improvements.
The Role:
- Own monthly management accounts for a portfolio of entities.
- Manage journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
- Deliver P&L reporting, analysis, and commercial insights.
- Improve data quality and automate reporting processes.
- Use Excel, reporting tools, and AI-assisted technology to streamline finance operations.

About You:
- ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified, Finalist, or Qualified by Experience
- Strong month-end management accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Power Query desirable)
- Experience improving or automating finance processes
- Confident working with large datasets and translating numbers into business insights
