Management Accountant – Join Our Growing International Finance Team

We're looking for an experienced, proactive Management Accountant to help drive financial excellence across our international operations. With a minimum of 3 years' accounting and finance experience, you'll bring both technical rigour and a hands-on approach to a role that offers real variety and impact.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of producing accurate, timely financial information across multiple international entities, playing a key role in group reporting while helping to shape and improve our financial systems and processes along the way.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment and enjoys collaborating with finance teams across different countries and cultures. You'll need sharp management accounting skills, strong attention to detail, and confident communication — but you'll also have real scope to make the role your own and contribute to continuous improvement.

Based in our beautiful office 3 days a week near Waterloo, London. You will be part of a collaborative team where your ideas and input genuinely matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
