We are seeking a commercially focused Management Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth and commercial success of the Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely management information, providing meaningful analysis and insight into financial performance, and maintaining robust financial controls. The role will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting and the ongoing development of financial processes and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive finance professional who is keen to develop their career within a growing organisation and make a tangible contribution to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the production of multi-site management accounts in line with agreed reporting deadlines, including P&Ls, balance sheets and cash flows.
- Analyse and report on variances against budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with budget holders to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting for service developments and business initiatives.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts.
- Complete accurate and timely monthly balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany recharges.
- Ensure financial transactions and processes comply with internal controls and policies.
- Support the automation and enhancement of financial processes and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of finance systems to strengthen the overall effectiveness of the Finance function.
