Responsibilities
- Management Accountant supporting the RM Resources finance team
- Supporting the preparation of monthly results and management reporting including divisional packs for Group consolidation
- Working with the accounting team on all reconciliations and liaising with the wider finance teams and transactional reporting team in India to ensure accurate flow of information
- Transformation – Supporting business projects to improve process and transition the business across accounting systems and delivery to drive business growth.
- Audit – support the group audit, liaising with the external auditors in preparation information and investigation of issues
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements

Experience
- Previous experience in Management account or Finance Partnering roles
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA part qualified or experience
- Exposure to working with the business in a previous role and experience working in cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to “get behind the numbers” and understand key drivers within a business
- Expert Excel knowledge
- Experience in using finance and customer management systems
- Experience in analytical and reporting tools
- Experience of general ledger accounting
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical with a keen attention to detail
