About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Management Accountant to join our growing recruitment business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the financial management and growth of a multi-office business.
You will work closely with senior management and operations, across our London, UAE and US having ownership of management accounts, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.

This is a broad role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and comfortable working with multiple priorities. You will be expected to get into the detail while also understanding the wider commercial picture of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
- Manage financial reporting across our London, UAE and US offices.
- Analyse performance, budgets, forecasts and key variances.
- Manage multi-currency and intercompany transactions.
- Monitor revenue, margins, commissions and recruitment-related costs.
- Support cash flow management, credit control and debt collection.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Maintain accurate reconciliations, controls and financial records.
- Support VAT, tax, year-end accounts and external advisers.
- Partner with senior management, providing clear and commercially focused financial insight.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and financial controls.
