Management Accountant | Global Creative Agency | London / Hybrid
The Client
Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading communications agency whose client base are B2B tech businesses across the US, EMEA, and APAC. Following a recent acquisition, the business has entered an exciting period of evolution, with projected growth of 5-10% YOY.
The business works predominantly on a retained business model, with roughly 100 ongoing EMEA projects at any given time. In this role, you'll report to the Financial Controller who is a brilliant mentor, and work closely with a highly commercial CFO. The role sits in a wider finance team of 5, and headcount of 50 in their beautiful Central London offices.
The business are rolling out a new ERP system, processes are being sharpened post-integration, and there is clear appetite from the leadership team to invest in and develop the right person over time.
The Role
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure across commercial finance and management accounting (UK and international), whilst working across a tight-knit team and a business that genuinely values finance and sees the team as a key partner in their decision-making.
You'll own two distinct areas of work: revenue accounting across a high-volume client portfolio, and core management accounting including month-end close, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and VAT. This role would suit an experienced qualified or part-qualified accountant, with great benefits and study support on offer.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
