- Ownership of a portfolio of entities, including oversight of more junior team members' entities to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensuring adherence to month end procedures and timescales in order to meet Group reporting commitments.
- Oversight of certain entities' expense invoices, ensuring allocation of cash is completed in a timely manner.
- Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of Group and local Statutory audits, acting as the key point of contact for auditors.
- Reviewing audit deliverables prepared by the team before submission, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and deadlines are met.
- Identifying and driving process improvements across the entities within their portfolio.
- Ad hoc projects as required by management.

The Person:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience within a finance team, including experience reviewing the work of others.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in statutory audits.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Adaptable individual with a flexible and positive mindset.
- You will have a strong teamwork ethic, with the confidence to review, challenge and develop the work of colleagues.
