About the Role
Make a difference behind the scenes.
At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, everything we do is about making choice a reality. While you won’t be directly treating or supporting clients in this role, your work will play an important part in helping the teams who do.
You’ll use your financial expertise to help us understand performance, manage resources effectively and make informed decisions that ultimately support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of experienced, long-standing colleagues who understand our organisation and our mission. You’ll work collaboratively with Finance and operational teams across MSI UK, building trusted relationships and providing insight that helps the wider organisation succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Play a key role in preparing accurate monthly management accounts, supporting the month-end process and contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyse financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work closely with budget holders and stakeholders (business partnering) across the organisation to provide clear, meaningful insights.
- Help build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers while supporting financial reporting, process improvements and wider business projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
