Equifind are looking for a highly motivated and driven recently chartered accountant to work with one of the most impressive private equity firms on the market 🚀
After back to back years of organic growth and a recent fundraise they are now nearly approaching the $5bn AUM mark. They focus on investing growth capital to EdTech, HealthTech and wider technology companies throughout the UK and Europe.
They are looking to hire someone recently chartered to help bolster out the finance function. Currently consisting of three members including the CFO it’s a great chance to join a high performing team. You’ll be focused primarily on the management reporting work with ad-hoc projects, commercial work including preparing budgets & forecasts and through to acquisition work.

What will you be doing?
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement
- Monthly, quarterly and annual review of management accounts including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage monthly AUM reporting and provide investor analysis
- Prepare monthly cash flow analysis of management entities
- Maintain and develop forecast models
- Prepare and review of annual statutory financial statements
- Supervise service providers such as external bookkeepers, accountants, tax advisors, and auditors
- Prepare quarterly recharges
- Produce technical accounting memos and provide analysis

Experience & Qualifications
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Strong excel systems experience
- Be a self-starter and deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner

- Base salary of £60-65,000
