Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant in the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll handle day-to-day financial operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From budgeting to reporting, your work will help keep the business on track financially.

This role is within the industrial and manufacturing sector based in Southampton.

Description

As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and manage financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational decision-making.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
  • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
