We're partnering with a leading Manufacturing business to appoint a Management Accountant into their growing finance team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end, and helping strengthen financial controls within a fast-paced, evolving business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience in a commercially focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journals, including accruals, prepayments and adjustments
- Complete monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with management accounts and financial reporting
- Process intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Support VAT returns, audits and statutory compliance
- Work closely with AP & AR teams to resolve queries
- Drive improvements to finance processes and controls

About You
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/AAT) or qualified by experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Around 5+ years' experience in a similar accounting role
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and month-end processes
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience within a PE-backed, turnaround or carve-out business would be advantageous
