Management Accountant - London Bridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £37,500 - £45,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed operator of Build to Rent (BTR) residential schemes to recruit a Management Accountant who will take ownership of month-end reporting for a portfolio of entities, in a diverse role that also oversees accounts payable and client invoicing.
Our client is a specialist property management company currently managing around 2,000 units, with ambitious plans to grow that number significantly through both organic and inorganic expansion. Backed by private equity investors, the business is investing in its team, systems, and processes to build a platform capable of supporting future growth.
The Role:
This role reports into the Financial Controller and is responsible for managing client assets as well as supporting the Financial Controller on accounting for the corporate entities.
This is a hands-on Management Accountant role with responsibility for producing accurate and timely financial reporting across the business's client assets, while supporting the Financial Controller with corporate reporting and the effective operation of transactional finance. We're looking for someone who enjoys building and embedding robust processes, bringing clarity to complexity, and establishing best practice in a fast-moving operational business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
