Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and identify key trends or variances.
- Work closely with other departments to manage costs effectively.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist with audits and other ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- 25 days of holiday leave annually.
