Role Overview

As a Management Accountant in the industrial and manufacturing sector, your role will involve overseeing financial processes to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll play a key part in analysing data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decisions.

Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify key trends or variances.
  • Work closely with other departments to manage costs effectively.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist with audits and other ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in financial reporting and budgeting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Job Offer
