Management Accountant
As a Management Accountant in the not-for-profit sector, you'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations, manage complex reconciliations and ensuring accurate reporting to support decision-making. Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available for stakeholders.
- Manage complex reconciliations
- Manage budgets and forecasts to support effective financial planning.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all data is up to date.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and processes as needed.

Profile
- Professional Accountancy Qualified required (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc)
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to handle complex financial data.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams.
