We're looking for a qualified Management Accountant to play a key role in driving financial performance across the business.

You'll own the month-end process, deliver insightful management reporting, partner with operational leaders and help shape strategic decisions, all while developing and supporting a high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead monthly management accounts and reporting
- Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team
- Deliver analysis, forecasting and budgeting support
- Strengthen financial controls and reconciliations
- Partner with stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement

What you'll bring
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong management accounting experience
- Proven people leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking
- A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
