Management Accountant, Private Equity Firm, 12 months FTC, up to £75k, London, Hybrid
We are working with a highly successful Private Equity firm that is looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join its collaborative finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to key financial and operational decisions across the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with department leaders to provide insightful financial support and analysis
- Preparing monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end journals
- Managing payroll accounting across multiple international locations
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting packs
- Assisting with statutory audits and financial reporting requirements
- Driving process improvements and exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation within finance

About you:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in management accounting and month-end reporting
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a dynamic organisation
- Proactive, organised, and keen to improve processes
- Be able to start immediately
