About the Role
Fin Search are recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis for a well-performing retail business in Leeds.
The business is currently in a period of sustained and significant growth and has created this new role.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional looking for a varied management accounts role in a fast paced and expanding business. This role will have a clear progression route to Financial Controller.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities
As a Management Accountant, this role is reporting in to an excellent Head of Finance, responsible for providing accurate and timely monthly management accounts to include Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow.
Duties will include, however are not limited to, posting month end journals to include accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, review accrued income, take ownership of the fixed asset register to include depreciation, cost of sales analysis, monitor and reconcile stock prepayments, assist with budgeting and forecasting and support with the rolling cashflow forecast.

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist/newly qualified
- Have worked in a relevant management accountant role previously
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong Excel skills
Compensation
£50,000 - £55,000 + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + pension scheme + complimentary breakfast daily + free on site parking for office days + hybrid working model
