About Us

Prodigi is the leading global print-on-demand platform, enabling entrepreneurs, ecommerce merchants and businesses to scale through streamlined supply chains and a network of more than 100 production facilities across over a dozen countries, including four of our own in the UK, USA and the Netherlands. Any image, any product, shipped anywhere.

Founded in 2014, Prodigi has previously ranked 14th in the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 of the UK's fastest-growing companies.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially focused Management Accountant to join our growing international business.

It is a hands-on role across both financial reporting and operational finance. Working closely with the Head of Finance and with operational teams, you will produce the numbers, explain them to people who do not think in numbers, and help improve the systems and processes that produce them.

The remit is deliberately broad. Prodigi operates across multiple entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with manufacturing and inventory across the group, so you will need to be comfortable moving between detailed financial work and the wider commercial picture.

What You'll Do

Reporting and Close

  • Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and clear, business-friendly commentary
  • Lead and refine the month-end close process
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning

Business Partnering

  • Work alongside operational teams to provide financial insight that drives better decisions
  • Analyse cost and product data to inform investment decisions
  • Help leaders understand performance, opportunities and risks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
