Management Accountant
Lincoln | Full-Time | Salary: Up to £55,000
A growing manufacturing and distribution business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting commercial decisions, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and profitability.
- Monitor costs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Manage stock reporting and inventory valuation.
- Oversee month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Assist with VAT returns, compliance, and internal controls.
- Support finance system and process improvements.

About You
- ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Previous Management Accountant experience.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
