About The Role:
The Crowd is partnered with an exciting and dynamic mid-sized design company that is seeking a Management Accountant to join their London-based team. They are seeking a confident, proactive, sociable and switched-on individual to support with the financial management and reporting of a growing organisation.
Within this role you will:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts
- Provide commentary and performance analysis ready for review in board meetings
- Prepare financial reporting packs
- Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors
- Manage budgets and cash flow reports
- Prepare VAT and GST returns
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide financial information for bids and tenders
- Provide general support to the wider finance team and manage and support the Finance Assistant

Candidates will be qualified under ACCA, ACA or CIMA. This role reports directly into the Financial Controller.

Please note this role is based in the office 5 days a week.
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant in a mid-sized company
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365
- Part qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient at meeting deadlines and managing stress
- Commercially astute
- Exhibits a professional demeanour with keen attention to detail and precision
