Role Overview

The Management Accountant will play a vital role in ensuring Good Things Foundation’s management accounting function remains robust, being responsible for the production of accurate, timely monthly management accounts that meet the needs of the Board, Senior Management Team (“SMT”), and budget holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Production: Responsible for producing accurate, timely monthly management accounts.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist with annual budget preparation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance in collaboration with the Associate Director of Finance.
  • Insurance and Pensions: Manage the organisation's insurance renewals and employee pension schemes.
  • Financial Transactions: Work closely with the Finance Officer to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions.
