MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Global FMCG Business | International Exposure | Study Support
Maidenhead | Hybrid
£40,000 – £45,000 + Study Support + Benefits
We Do Group are partnering with a globally renowned FMCG business to recruit a Management Accountant into its Maidenhead finance team.
If you’re studying ACCA or CIMA and looking for a business where you can really accelerate your development, this is an excellent opportunity.
You’ll join a fast-paced international environment where Finance works closely with the wider business. The role combines solid management accounting with exposure to operations, data, reporting and process improvement, giving you a much broader understanding of how a global product-led business operates.
You’ll be involved across month-end, balance sheet control, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, while also working with large volumes of operational data and helping improve the processes behind the numbers.
A major attraction is the person you’ll be reporting into. They’re an excellent hiring manager who is passionate about developing people and will give you genuine career support, coaching and exposure. This isn’t somewhere you’ll be left doing the same tasks every month – there’s a real opportunity to keep learning and take on more as you develop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
