If so, we have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team here at the Regatta Group.

The Impact you will have in this role:

  • Prepare monthly P&L reports for business areas.
  • Assist Finance Manager on Group P&L reporting and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for various business areas.
  • Prepare accruals, prepayments, and provisions, maintaining a detailed audit trail for all manual entries.
  • Ownership of Group Agent Commissions/rebates & Royalties.
  • Input into group reporting and variance analysis.
  • Report figures to various country managers, key point of contact for financial information.
  • Works closely with the wider finance department to understand financial movements.
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, report variances, and assist in the formulation of the budget.
  • Able to prepare financial statements with a fair representation.
  • Able to present and explain variances to budget to non-financial stakeholders.

As our future Management Accountant you will have:

  • Strong financial and accounting skills.
  • ACA Qualified.
  • Able to prepare financial statements with a fair representation.
  • Able to present and explain variances to budget to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with Dynamics advantageous.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is advantageous.
  • Ownership of several balance sheet and P&L areas.
