This is not your typical Management Accountant role.

It's a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing business at a pivotal stage in its journey, working directly with an ambitious Finance Director and two highly successful investors with an exceptional track record of building, scaling and investing in businesses.

You'll work closely with a Finance Director who previously worked alongside the investors as a Finance Manager before progressing to Finance Director in just three years. As the business continues to grow, the Finance Director's long-term ambition is to transition into a Managing Director role, creating a genuine opportunity for the right individual to progress into a senior finance leadership position. For someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and eager to develop, the career prospects within this business are exceptional.

This role is ideal for a newly qualified or finalist ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or someone looking to make their first move from practice into industry. You'll gain exposure far beyond traditional management accounting, working across commercial finance, business strategy, forecasting, cash flow management, investment projects and supporting key strategic decisions alongside an experienced leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
