MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Global FMCG Business | International Exposure | Study Support
Maidenhead | Hybrid
£40,000 – £45,000 + Study Support + Benefits
We Do Group are partnering with a growing global FMCG business to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant into its Maidenhead finance team.
This is an excellent development opportunity for someone studying ACCA or CIMA who wants to accelerate their career within a fast-paced, international business.
The company is on an exciting growth journey, and this role will grow alongside it. You’ll get the foundations you’d expect from a Management Accountant position, but also much broader exposure across operations, commercial performance, data, reporting and process improvement. As the business continues to evolve, there will be plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop your role with it.
A major attraction is the person you’ll be reporting into. They’re an excellent hiring manager who genuinely enjoys developing people and will give you the coaching, support and exposure to progress. This is not a role where you’ll simply repeat the same month-end tasks every month.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
