Management Accountant (Integrations)
3-Month Contract (potential for extension)
Bristol - 2 days a week in office
£350 - £400 p/d (umbrella)
We are looking for a number of experienced Management Accountants to support our client with the integration of newly acquired businesses into finance systems, processes, and reporting structures.
Working closely with finance teams and key stakeholders, you will oversee month-end reporting activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, support operational readiness for acquisitions, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of acquired businesses into finance operations and reporting processes.
- Oversee accurate and timely month-end close activities.
- Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Support audit and compliance activities.
- Monitor reporting performance through KPIs and service levels.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' accounting or finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of month-end reporting and balance sheet management.
- Experience using ERP/finance systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in business integrations, shared services, or outsourced finance environments is advantageous.
