Who we are looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team at our West Bromwich site.

Reporting to the Financial Controller/Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls and providing valuable commercial insight to support strategic decision-making across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to partner with operational teams to drive performance, improve processes and influence business decisions.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting analysis.
  • Produce weekly Profit & Loss reporting, sales and margin analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Complete balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations across UK and Israeli entities.
  • Manage the Fixed Asset Register, capital expenditure and depreciation accounting.

  • Prepare month-end journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
  • Support VAT, P11D, National Insurance reporting and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and annual stock counts.
  • Provide meaningful financial insight and business partnering support to operational stakeholders.
  • Lead and support the Accounts Payable team, ensuring workloads and deadlines are effectively managed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiency.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the level of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
