Management Accountant – Ealing, West London (Office Based, 5 days)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Benefits | Permanent

We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed technology business to recruit a Management Accountant who will take ownership of month-end reporting for part of the group, in a diverse role that also oversees accounts payable and supports wider finance operations.

Our client is a specialist technology company with ambitious plans to scale significantly through both organic and inorganic growth. Backed by private equity investors, the business is investing in its team, systems and processes to build a platform capable of supporting that growth.

The role:

This role reports into the Financial Controller and is responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, while supporting the Financial Controller on corporate reporting and the effective operation of transactional finance. We're looking for someone who enjoys building and embedding robust processes, bringing clarity to complexity, and establishing best practice in a fast-moving, evolving business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
