Management Accountant

Salary: £40,000–£50,000, depending on experience
Location: London
Working pattern: Hybrid – four days in the office and one day working from home
Employment type: Full-time

The organisation

Our client is a growing UK eLearning provider that creates accessible, bite-sized online training for individuals, employers and partner organisations. The business develops its own learning technology and content, delivering training solutions across a range of sectors. It is now looking for a capable Management Accountant to take ownership of its day-to-day financial operations and reporting.

The opportunity

We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Management Accountant to manage the finances of two small businesses and their holding company.

This is not a purely reporting-focused position. You will be comfortable moving between bookkeeping, payments, invoicing and bank reconciliations while also producing accurate management information and helping senior stakeholders understand the group’s financial performance. The role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving financial processes and working closely with colleagues in a growing SME environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
