Management Accountant
The Business

The Role
This Management Accountant position involves delivering key accounting services and contributing to business growth. You’ll prepare management reports, handle statutory disclosures, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams. Mentoring juniors, managing projects, and developing client relationships will be central to your role. You’ll work within a fast-paced environment, supporting team efforts and embracing new technologies.
- Prepare management accounts and statutory reports.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and assist with budget planning.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead or support special projects at client requests.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate junior team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and business development.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a fully qualified finance or finalist professional with practical experience in either practice or industry. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-focused, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues. You will be comfortable with technology and have an enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability in producing management accounts and statutory reporting.
- Skilled in Excel and Word, with good analytical skills.
- Experience in cash flow, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Able to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud accounting tools and ERP systems.
- Awareness of UK GAAP/FRS 102 or IFRS standards.
- Background working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
